Debbie Finnegan has been a makeup artist since 2001. During that time, she has worked in almost every aspect of the beauty, fashion & session world.

After spending the last 20 years as MAC Cosmetics Senior Global Artist and acting as former ambassador for the brand, she worked backstage in New York, London, Milan & Paris leading teams of artists to create the vision of designers.

Alongside this Debbie worked as a freelance session makeup artist and has published work in a vast array of editorial stories in magazine titles across the world including Wonderland, Elle Arabia, ID Online. She also continues to work frequently with private clients in UK & regularly travels globally to support them.

Debbie’s list of celebrities includes Grace Jones, the Queen of Norway, Gillian Anderson, Kanye West, Olivia Coleman, Eliza Doolittle, Caroline Flack, Zandra Rhodes and David Gandy to name a few . She has also created makeup for high end advertising campaigns for MAC, Vivienne Westwood, Hackett London and Adidas as well music festivals, red carpet events, film & TV.

Debbie regularly creates content for beauty brands, retailers & brands such as Harrods, Selfridges, Look Fantastic, W Hotel, Pernod Ricard and has created bespoke training sessions for makeup artists with in Laura Mercier, online & supported beauty launches such as Rare Beauty to the UK.
